Mode of action of Radiesse
Radiesse has a twofold effect. On the one hand, the microspheres of calcium contained in the Radiesse filler work, but other fillers also work. At the same time, the calcium-containing microspheres have the effect of stimulating and supporting the collagen production of the patient’s own skin, which decreases with age. Areas of application for Radiesse
Radiesse consists of a gel containing the micro-fine calcium spheres of Radiesse. It is particularly easy to shape and very well tolerated. Therefore, it can also be used for larger areas and to fill deeper wrinkles. Particularly suitable applications for Radiesse are accordingly corrections to the cheekbone, hollow, sunken cheeks, a significant correction of the lower jaw contour and the chin area or nasolabial folds.
